Statistical Quality Control & Statistical Process Control, (SQC/SPC)

Process Control is the key to a quality product, shipped on time.



When a process goes unmonitored, unmeasured and uncorrected, very large and
unpredictable swings in both quality and quantity will occur.


Uses Spec Limits, Control Limits and Western Electric Run Rules to help you manage your processes. When Control Limits are violated can be configured to put the Operation, the Lot, the Equipment or All Three on hold for corrective action and Email the responsible parties.

Frequency Distributions can be used to examine SPC data. In this example you can see a clear bi-modal distribution in effect.

When a process goes unmonitored, unmeasured and uncorrected, very large and
unpredictable swings in both quality and quantity will occur.


lets the user Configure Custom Monitor Pages that examine only the SPC Data of interest to that user. In this example you can see that some of the Items being monitored are Out of SPEC (Red), others are IN Control (Green), and still other have no limits set for the chart, (Pale Yellow).

Statistical Correlation Analysis

When a process goes unmonitored, unmeasured and uncorrected, very large and
unpredictable swings in both quality and quantity will occur.


lets the Users perform Correlation Analysis, looking for relationships between various data points being collected. In this example there is weak correlation between Wavelength of Light and Brightness measured on some LEDs, (Light Emitting Diodes).
